SV Series

Serivinil Glossy Series, is a solvent-based glossy screen printing ink series. 

Appearance: Glossy 

Application Areas: SV Series inks can be applied on surfaces that do not require high chemical resistance: PVC, artificial leather, plexiglass, acetate, polystyrene, self-adhesive PVC papers, cardboard, hard plastic, ABS, CAB, cellulose acetate and polyester surfaces.

Printing Method: Manual, Automatic and Semi-Automatic Machines

Technicial Specifications

It is a screen printing ink that does not dry on the frame during printing, but dries quickly after printing and does not block the mesh.

With 1 kg of SV Glossy Series ink, an average of 55-60 m2 of floor area is printed with 120 number polyester mesh.

Viscosity can be reduced by adding SV 5910 Thinner to the ink at a rate of 10-15%.

By using the SV 5930 Retarder, the ink is prevented from drying on the mesh during printing.

In cases where it is not desired to reduce the viscosity of the ink, Retarder Paste is used.
