NYE Series is a solvent-based and two-component screen printing ink series.

Field of Application: It is an ideal ink for printing on raincoat and umbrella fabrics, polyester.
Printing Method: It is suitable for use with Manual, Automatic and Semi-Automatic screen printing machines.
Technicial Specifications:
NYE series is a low-odour, serigraphy ink series that does not dry fast in the frame during printing but also dries quickly after printing.
With 1 kg of NYE ink, an average of 20-25 m2 of area can be printed with 62 no of polyester mesh.
Viscosity can be reduced by adding SV 5910 Thinner to the ink at a rate of 10-15%
By using the SV 5930 Retarder, the ink could be prevented from drying quickly on the mesh during printing.
This series has EN71-3 and RoHS certificates. It does not contain any harmful chemicals to human health. It is suitable for use in toys and children materials. Please contact us to request these documents.
