Polygloss Series is a solvent-based and two-component screen printing ink series.
Appearance: Although it is glossy and opaque, also available in transparent colors. Transparent colors are frequently used on road signs and metal plates.
Fields of Application: It gives positive results on surfaces that are difficult to adhere to such as glass, metal, ceramic, melamine.
10% PG 280 Catalyst should be added to increase the adhesion of the ink.
It is resistant to chemicals such as acid, alcohol, detergent.
With 1 kg of Polygloss Series ink, it can be printed on a 50-65 m2 area with 120 no mesh.
Polygloss Series inks dry 10-15 minutes after printing, but the durability test should be done after 48 hours.
It dries in the drying oven in 5 to 10 minutes at 150 °C or in 25 to 30 minutes at 120 °C.
With SV 5910 Thinner, the viscosity of the ink can be reduced by 10-15%.
By using the SV 5930 Retarder, the ink is prevented from drying on the silk during printing.
In cases where the covering of the ink should not decrease, Retardar Paste is added.
