NYL Series is a solvent-based and two-component screen printing ink series.
Appearance: Glossy and Opaque.
Areas of Application: NYL Series screen printing inks can be used on surfaces that require high chemical resistance such as cotton fabric, genuine leather, artificial leather, jean labels, sports bags, school bags, ribbon labels, raincoat fabric.
Printing Method: It is suitable for use with Manual, Automatic and Semi-Automatic Machines.
NYE series is a low-odour, non-drying, non-blocking screen printing ink series that does not dry on the mesh during printing, but also dries quickly after printing.
10-12% catalyst should be added to increase the strength of the printed pattern. The shelf life of the mixture with added catalyst is 12 hours. For this reason, the entire mixture should be consumed within the same day. Otherwise, the mixture becomes unusable.
By using 1 kg of NYL Series ink and 43 no polyester mesh, an average of 10-15 m2 of area can be printed.
Viscosity can be reduced by adding SV 5910 Thinner to the ink at a rate of 10-15%.
By using the SV 5930 Retardant, the ink is prevented from drying quickly on the mesh during printing.
In cases where the viscosity of the ink is desired not to decrease, the desired result can be achieved by using Retarder Paste.
This series has EN71-3 and RoHS certificates. It does not contain any harmful chemicals. It is suitable for use in toys and baby materials. Please contact us to request documents.
