Sublicoat Adhesion Promoter is a two-component polyurethane acrylic varnish developed for products to be printed on using the sublimation transfer method. It is applied to the product, making it suitable for sublimation.
It dries quickly on the surface and does not stick.
Its durability is very high.
It gives excellent aesthetic results.
It should air dry.
It can be applied by airbrush or screen printing method.
Application
To get good results:
Sublicoat Transparent: SOL. A and SOL. B is mixed at a ratio of 2:1;
Sublicoat White: SOL. A and SOL. B is mixed at a ratio of 5:1;
According to the application to be made, if necessary, 30% special Sublimation Thinner is added.
Sublicoat Adhesion Promoter can also be applied to products painted with paints that do not react to solvents. The mixture should be consumed within 4-5 hours. The applied surfaces are left to dry at room temperature and then placed in ovens at 60-70 C degrees for about 30 minutes in order to accelerate ossification.
Transfer
Temperature: 190 – 210 C degrees
Duration: From a minimum of 40 seconds to a maximum of 5 minutes, depending on the material to be transferred.

It is especially recommended to make printing and drying tests before mass production, and to test transfer papers on fabrics that are intended to be used. Mix well before use and store against freezing.
