Polygloss Series

Polygloss Series is a solvent-based, two-component screen printing ink series.

Appearance:
Glossy and opaque, with transparent colors also available. Transparent colors are commonly used on road signs and metal plates.

Applications:
Performs well on surfaces that are difficult to adhere to, such as glass, metal, ceramic, and melamine.

Usage Instructions:

To increase adhesion, add 10% PG 280 Catalyst to the ink.

Resistant to chemicals such as acids, alcohols, and detergents.

Coverage: 1 kg of Polygloss ink with a 120-mesh screen prints approximately 50–65 m².

Ink dries 10–15 minutes after printing, but durability tests should be performed 48 hours later.

Drying in an oven: 150°C for 5–10 minutes or 120°C for 25–30 minutes.

Ink viscosity can be reduced by 10–15% using SV 5910 Thinner.

To prevent ink from drying on the screen during printing, use SV 5930 Retarder.

When opacity must be maintained, add Retarder Paste to the ink.

This series is EN71-3 and RoHS certified and contains no harmful chemicals, making it suitable for toys and baby products. Certificates are available upon request.
