U016

U016 is a two-component, purple emulsion specially formulated for high-resolution graphic printing. It is a fast, durable, diazo-based emulsion. The product is sold as a set with its diazo component.

Diazo Mixing Instructions
Fill the plastic bottle containing the diazo powder with drinking water up to the first line from the bottom. Close the cap and shake well to prepare a homogeneous mixture. Then add this mixture to the emulsion and stir thoroughly with a wooden or plastic stick. Before use, ensure that all air bubbles in the container have disappeared; otherwise, printing problems may occur.

The emulsion mixed with diazo has a shelf life of 2 months under proper storage conditions. Solvent-based emulsions without diazo have a shelf life of 12 months.
