UDC-ACE is the only emulsion in our product range that is compatible with water-based, solvent-based, plastisol, and UV inks. It can also be used with materials that are difficult for ink to penetrate, such as adhesives.
The product is not sold ready-to-use. Before use, dissolve the diazo powder included in the package in water and mix it into the emulsion. Stir thoroughly with a wooden or plastic stick, then wait for any air bubbles to disappear before use. The prepared emulsion mixture has a shelf life of 2 months.
