NYL Series – Solvent-Based, Two-Component Screen Printing Ink

Appearance: Glossy and Opaque.

Application Areas:
NYL Series screen printing inks can be used on surfaces requiring high chemical resistance such as cotton fabric, genuine leather, synthetic leather, jean labels, sports bags, school bags, ribbon labels, and raincoat fabrics.

Printing Method:
Suitable for manual, automatic, and semi-automatic machines.

Technical Properties:
A high-viscosity, glossy, low-odor screen printing ink that does not dry on the screen during printing but dries quickly after application, without causing blocking.

To increase wash fastness, a catalyst should be added at a ratio of 10–12%. The pot life of the catalyzed mixture is 12 hours. Therefore, the mixture must be consumed on the same day; otherwise, it will become unusable.

With 1 kg of NYL Series ink and using a 43 mesh polyester screen, an average of 10–15 m² surface area can be printed.

Viscosity can be reduced by adding 10–15% SV 5910 Thinner.
When needed, SV 5930 Retarder can be used to prevent premature drying of the ink on the screen during printing.
If viscosity must be maintained, Retarder Paste can be used to achieve the desired result.

Certifications:
This series is certified with EN71-3 and RoHS. It contains no harmful chemicals and is safe for use in toys and baby products. Certificates are available upon request.
