PPN Series is a solvent-based, one-component screen printing ink specially developed for untreated and treated polypropylene (PP) surfaces.

High resistance to scratching and abrasion
All colors are non-toxic and comply with EN71-3 (European Union) and US CFR Part 1303 (United States) standards

Applications
The PPN Series delivers high performance on various PP surfaces, especially polypropylene products, labels, promotional items, plastic packaging, and advertising materials.

Technical Information

Suitable printing methods: manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machines
Compatible with polyester or nylon meshes

Drying
Jet drying: 5–7 minutes at 60°C
Air drying: 15–20 minutes
Thinner: 10–15%

Packaging & Shelf Life
1 kg containers
Shelf life: 24 months under proper storage conditions
Must not be stored at temperatures above 40°C or under freezing conditions
