UNG Series

The UNG Series is a two-component, opaque, glossy ink series with excellent adhesion properties on glass, metal, and ceramic surfaces.
Preparation for Printing
Add 25% Catalyst, followed by 10–15% SV Thinner or SV Retarder.
The prepared mixture must be consumed within 4 hours; otherwise, due to chemical reaction with the catalyst, the ink will become unusable.
Curing
Printed products should be cured in an oven at 180–200°C for 20 minutes, or, in workshops without ovens, left to dry on racks at room temperature for 24 hours.
Special Adhesion on Glass & Metal
For maximum adhesion on glass and metal, use Epoxser Special Catalyst (100 g).
Add 10% of this catalyst into the ink, but only prepare the amount needed for use within the same day.
