Transfer Paper
Arjowiggins Transfer Papers provide an ideal solution for printing on textiles.
There are two printing methods available:
CMYK printing on an offset press using litho offset inks
Screen printing with plastisol-based inks
After printing, a background blocking ink is applied using the screen printing method (white ink for dark backgrounds, transparent ink for light backgrounds). While the ink is still wet, transfer powder is sprinkled and then passed through a fixer to cure the design.
The printed designs are then cut out and stored. Once prepared, the designs can be transferred onto textile materials at any time using a hot transfer press.
